Trying something new is always on our list, and today we went to the Parkers cafe on Parkers road in Parkdale. This little gem is located right in front of the intersection and its a kind of place which can be easily passed by. Apparently, a lot of people didn’t.
Looking at this small-sized cafe, I was wondering for a second whether it’s big enough to fit the pram, and once I walked in, my worries were gone. The staff approached us immediately asking if we needed a high chair and they tried to work out how to arrange a table for “2 and a half”. Efficient and friendly service, tick!
Parkers Cafe | Relaxed Family Vibe
It took us 5 minutes to settle everything as always, nobody was rushing us to order anything, but once we’re all set, a staff came over with the menu and asked what drink we wanted to have. A stressless environment with staff who have attention for details, tick!
Parkers Cafe | The Food
Now in terms of the main thing, the food, one word, Yum! It was a quick process from putting the order in and getting the food. 10 minutes top and it looks and smells amazing! I ordered French toast and smart hubby ordered an egg benedict with poached eggs & bacon. After the first bite of the dish and the first sip of the coffee, we knew that we found our new favourite. The portion of the food at the Parkers Cafe is proper and pricing is appropriate. Tick and tick!
It’s a quite satisfying dining experience. What we found even more pleasant was that the Parkers Cafe outside area is dog-friendly, so we will definitely come back here, with our other furry family member!
