  3. Chocolate Brownie without Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Brownie without Cocoa Powder

I’ve been a big fan of chocolate brownies for ages, and I have a quite easy,  yummy and classical way of making it. However, it can be tricky to find all the ingredients if you are craving about it in the middle of the night. Like tonight, 9:30 pm, all of sudden, I want to make my favourite chocolate brownie and found that we don’t have any cocoa powder, which is an essential part of the recipe.

`So it’s compulsory to be creative when you want to have a bar of gooey chocolate flavoured heaven in your mouth within an hour. Surprisingly, I spotted a pack of 72% dark chocolate in the pantry. It’s sweeter than cocoa powder but it might work if I melt it. So instead of bitter cocoa, I used melted dark chocolate and made the baking time slightly longer. Now I’m patiently waiting and hoping we will have a delicious dessert soon.

………….(waiting……)

Safely speaking, I have to make sure it tastes great before I share the recipe.

“Bing!” Done, and these chocolate brownies taste sooooo good! So here is the yummy chocolate brownie recipe, have fun!
