Korean Noodle Soup
On such a cold winter day, a bowl of of warm Korean noodle soup with some kick would be lovely. Here, I would love to share the quick easy recipe with you
Prawn Crackers with homemade satay sauce; this one is my smart hubby’s specialty, both making and eating. So I got permission to share it here. But please if you are looking for something healthy, excuse me, do not waste your time here 🙂
Heat up the oil on a high fire.
Test the temperature by adding one prawn cracker in the oil. Once it changes rapidly the oil is hot enough to fry the other once.

Fry the rest of the prawn crackers 2 at a time; otherwise they can get stuck.

Mix all the ingredients in a medium pan at a medium heat.

Keep stirring till the sauce is well combined and thickens up. If it's too thick then add a bit of water accordingly, taste the flavour along the way.

Done! Turn the fire off, time for some Satay Sauce dipped Prawn crackers!
