Ingredients
1 Egg
1 Pinch of salt
¼ cup Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce (optional)
Directions
- Crack the top of the egg, so you can peal a hole on the egg shell, shake until all the egg is out of the egg shell.
- Put the empty egg shell aside (don’t throw it away yet)
- Mix the egg well with salt
- Fill the empty egg shell with water, and pour it into the egg mixture
- Stir the mixture well but be gentle, until its finely mixed
- Put onto the steamer once the water is boiling
- Set the timer to 10 minutes
- Once the time is up, turn the fire off and leave it till its cool enough to take the egg out.
- Add a few drops of soy sauce and enjoy! (optional)
