Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Pinch of salt

  • ¼ cup Water

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce (optional)

Directions

  • Crack the top of the egg, so you can peal a hole on the egg shell, shake until all the egg is out of the egg shell.
  • Put the empty egg shell aside (don’t throw it away yet)
  • Mix the egg well with salt
  • Fill the empty egg shell with water, and pour it into the egg mixture
  • Stir the mixture well but be gentle, until its finely mixed
  • Put onto the steamer once the water is boiling
  • Set the timer to 10 minutes
  • Once the time is up, turn the fire off and leave it till its cool enough to take the egg out.
  • Add a few drops of soy sauce and enjoy! (optional)
