Bonbons bakery southland, the reason I go there is that it’s quiet all the time, and I do not want to queue up and squeeze myself into a cafe with a pram. However, I have to say, it doesn’t impress me much today. As I waited for 15mins for hot cocoa while the table next to me even got their second round of drinks ready, even they ordered way behind me.
Not organized at all! What a disappointment. They did apologize, however, what were you doing while you could see a customer sitting there not getting her drink for a while; where was your courtesy to drop by asking ‘is everything alright’ while u got nothing else to do but joking around behind the counter?!
Luckily I only spent $4 to find out the reason why it’s always this quiet @ Bonbons Bakery Southland!

hey the one in the city is much better. I always go there for the self service bread and not the coffees.
you don’t go to a self service breadshop for the coffees. What did you buy whilst you were there
yeah I know, wasn’t a wise move. But a few times I ordered coffee from breadtop which was alright, efficient and nice customer service. Well…lesson learnt 🙂
