Alright, who is a fan of Malaysian food, hands up! I bet a lot. It has been a while since I have tried any nice Malaysian cuisine. In my mind, Malaysian food is mild, nice and simple, however, it comes in many varieties. “Papparich”, in my eyes, can be a fine presenter of Malaysian food.
I have only been to the Papparich in Chadstone shopping center. The time I went there was a long queue outside but it was not really a long wait. In about 10 minutes, we got a quite nice table inside, of course, if you don’t mind to sit outside, you might get a table even quicker.

The menu is very well designed, both English and Chinese, there’s no issue for a non-English speaker like my mum to order anything. I ordered the typical seafood laksa and my mum ordered the rice noodle soup. The laksa was quite flavorsome and only the rice noodle soup doesn’t look as much as it is shown on the menu, which disappointed my mum a bit; however, the service was efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back again and try something else at this Papparich!
